Laura was incredible throughout the entire process in the lead up to our wedding day. She was super professional and personable and we got on straight away on my trial and I knew I was in safe hands. She really listens and pays attention to your preferences and style, and she created a look that was perfect on the day. I got so many lovely compliments about my makeup and the bridesmaids also looked stunning. I had a support artist on the day (also called Laura!) who was equally as talented and they both did a fantastic job.

All communication was prompt and clear and as someone who isn’t a girly girl, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or silly for asking any questions.

My trial was at Laura’s studio, and I was lucky enough to have my hair trial with Holly at the same time. What a lovely setup Laura has and it was perfect for me to be able to see the complete look at my trial. Laura and Holly certainly reduced my nerves and welcomed me with open arms. Laura listened to what I had in mind and made sure it worked with my skin tone and my vision for the day. After spending a lot of time researching and reading reviews, I knew I’d made the right choice with Laura.

On the day, Laura arrived with her support artist and immediately made everyone feel at ease. I’d shared with Laura the looks the bridesmaids and Mum’s wanted but both took the time to make sure that everyone was comfortable. The final looks were incredible and everyone complimented on our make-up. It lasted all day through many tears and laughs and my change of lip colour was flawless. At my trial, Laura was really easy to talk to and listened to what my usual make up style was and the vision of the day to then create a look which elevated me, photographed amazingly but I still felt like me! Laura takes photos at the trial which gives you a great sense of how it will photograph at your wedding.

For the morning of the wedding, Laura arrived ahead of the scheduled arrival time, got myself and 3 bridesmaids all done on schedule and then came with us to the final venue before the ceremony where she was ready for final touch ups before walking down the aisle.
