Can I have a ‘wedding makeup design’ appointment before securing my wedding date?
As much as Laura would love to give potential brides this opportunity, due to high demand for dates Laura cannot perform any practice of the makeup unless the bride has secured her date and officially booked with Laura. Upon request, Laura is able to talk on the phone before booking to discuss any details to put your mind at ease.
Is the wedding makeup design appointment included in my wedding day makeup cost?
No, this is a separate service that is booked at a different time to securing your wedding date. If you have received a quote, please find the cost for this stated in the email below the quote/ proposal link sent upon enquiry.
How many people can Laura do makeup for alone?
Laura can usually do makeup for a maximum of 4 people alone depending on time allowance prior to the ceremony. Should you require makeup for over 4 people Laura has the option to bring one of her support artist’s from her elite team *terms for this are in the T&C’s/ included in your quote. Equally if you have an early ceremony or time restrictive wedding for preparations, it could take a lower number of people to reach the benchmark for bringing a support artist or potentially 2 other support artists. This can be discussed at the point of booking if you are concerned.
How far do you travel?
Laura and her team travel up to approximately 1.5 hours from Aylesbury, more information on area’s covered is stated on the ‘Bridal Artistry’ service page on the website.
Do I have the option to pay in instalments?
Our payment schedule for wedding bookings starts with a booking fee at the time of booking, 50% of the total amount is then due 6 months prior to the wedding date, the remaining amount will be due 1 month prior to the wedding date. The wedding makeup design appointment is due at the time of booking the appointment.
Special occasion/ event/ campaign or photography makeup service cost’s are due at the time of booking.
Where is your studio based?
Laura’s studio is based at a home address in a private outbuilding in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
DO YOU OFFER HAIR STYLING?
Laura Carroll Makeup Artistry is for makeup services only. Should you need any hair stylist recommendations this can be sent upon request.
Does your price include false eyelashes?
Yes, all makeup services include an option to have false eyelashes, Laura and her team offer a wide range of eyelash options to suit your style.
