MEET LAURA
Feedback from my wonderful brides usually includes the makeup ‘feeling weightless’ yet they still feel ‘glamorous but in a classy way’. I would describe my bridal artistry as very ‘Charlotte Tilbury-esk’ and I adore luxury brands that provide exquisite makeup results such as Dior, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, Hourglass and many more.
I’ve always had a deep passion for makeup and what it can do for people from the inside out. I Graduated from Southampton Solent University in 2014 gaining a First Class Honours degree whilst also receiving the MAC cosmetics award for innovation in fashion image. The degree specialised in fashion, film & TV, Special FX, photography and beauty makeup taught by experts in the field. I soaked it all up and in no time I was keen to get out there and create a brand for myself.
Since then I am so grateful to have received the National Makeup Artist of the Year 2021 award within The Wedding Industry Awards. I am now on the judging panel for these prestigious awards which is truly an honour!

Now being an educator for bridal makeup artists, I have had so many uplifting and rewarding experiences with students who choose to study with me. The feedback has been joyous to receive knowing how much of a difference I have made in other MUA’s careers.
